2001 PTF CROSS COUNTRY SCHOOLING RULES

NOTE: SCHOOLING PRIVILEGES HAVE BEEN ABUSED IN THE PAST. AS A RESULT THE FUTURE OF SCHOOLING AT PINE TOP IS IN DOUBT.

2001 FEES:
Training and below - $40
Prelim. and above - $60

1. DO NOT BRING YOUR QUITTING PROBLEMS HERE TO FIX THEM! NO QUITTERS ALLOWED because quitters destroy 100 times more footing than horses that jump willingly.

2. Maximum 3 attempts per jump or complex, including maximum 2 refusals. IN OTHER WORDS, IF YOUR HORSE STOPS TWICE AT A JUMP OR A COMPLEX, YOU’RE FINISHED - MOVE ON!

3. Any use of the big water complex, even if you school beginner novice everywhere else, means you owe $60, not $40.

4. All un-jumped horses owe $25 if ridden on the course.

5. All riders must sign the Georgia Liability Release Form below.

6. List names of all riders and leave the list, checks, and signed release forms on the bulletin board outside the office.

7. Ask us at least a week in advance by e-mail if you wish to school, and remind us again the day before.

8. Dept. of Ag. Inspectors patrol I-20 so be sure you have your Coggins with you!

9. Leave all cow rails and gates as you find them.

10. An instructor must be present and in charge. Do not school alone.

11. The instructor shall be responsible for assuring that all rules are followed.

12. All releases must be signed, all names recorded, and all fees paid before mounting.
